Never was able to arrange a pick-up date

I purchased a car from a seller in Arizona, and needed to ship it to Massachusetts. The seller and I both communicated with Al Abrams at Reliable Carriers on March 16/17 and the car was to be picked up on March 21/22. The date came and went with no word from Al. I left him several voice messages but none were returned. Finally, on March 29, I was able to get a hold of Al, and he said that due to the very busy season of people shipping their cars back north, he was unable to assign my car to a truck. Earliest possibility would be April 1, unless there was a cancellation. Called him on March 31 and he said April 1 wouldn't be possible, but it'd probably get picked up sometime in the next few days. Called Al again on April 4, he said he'd look into it right away.

Needless to say, sick and tired of his excuses, I called two other companies, and both of them were able to schedule a pick up immediately, with just one day's notice! I picked one of them, and my car's now on its merry way to Massachusetts. Al, by the way, never called me back. Today's April 8.

I would strongly advise EVERYONE to steer clear from Reliable Carriers, Inc.
