Damon I would like to take a moment to express to you and all of the staff of Reliable trucking, how impressed I am with all of the aspects of the service that you provided. I called the office number and the receptionist was very courteous and assured me that you would get back to me shortly. Twenty minutes later I received your call and we discussed the shipping of my Challenger SRT8, from the Detroit area to Naples Florida. After calling several carriers, I found that most are Brokers. They explained that I was required to prepay the deposit by cash or cashiers check, before the car is unloaded. Reliable provides service that sets them " apart" from other carriers. Upon my arrival at your Canton Mi. terminal, I filled out a COVID questionnaire with a temperature and mask required. Tom the owner and yourself, greeted me after an extensive car inspection. The car was received in your custom storage warehouse, and you made a mention to tell me, a Ford Falcon or a Ferrari all get the same treatment! The next day my car was on its way to Orlando Florida. I picked it up on Monday. When I received it, it looked like I just got it from a Detail Shop! All I can say, all the folks at Reliable put the Customer back in Customer Service!!!
