Excellent Service, Smooth Transaction!

Six days ago I purchased a beautiful 1964 Corvette Coupe and was recommended Reliable Carriers by the private seller of the car, who had used them on multiple occasions in the past. Later that day, before calling Reliable, I went onto the internet to look for reviews and came across this website. In addition to their recurring 5-star reviews, a name I saw mentioned repeatedly was Damon Sewell, consultant at Reliable. I then proceeded to call Damon directly and was not disappointed. Damon scheduled the pickup and delivery, and stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. Damon was professional, polite and courteous. Two days after my initial call, transportation specialist Jay Willen picked up my 'new' car in the early evening in Colorado. Less than 72 hours later, (early yesterday afternoon), Jay drove the car off the enclosed trailer and into my driveway in New Jersey. Jay called the seller and scheduled pickup while also calling me and keeping me updated from prior to pick up through up to an hour before delivery, while also asking if the drop off time was convenient for me! Each segment of the transaction - payment, pickup, and delivery, was confirmed via phone and e-mail. Thanks to Jay, and his colleague Tina, for ensuring the safe and expeditious delivery of my Corvette. And special thanks to Damon, for a seamless transaction! If you want to use a reliable transport service for your vehicle, I would highly recommend Reliable Carriers.
