I was reluctant to use Reliable after reading mixed reviews. In the end, I decided to go with a big, well known carrier to get the job done. Their price was only a little higher than the cheapest brokers on U-Ship, but less than the other large specialty car carriers, some of which would not even take my route. They quoted a wide 2-4 week window for pick-up, but I just crossed my fingers. They picked up in 1 day, brought the car from IL to their warehouse in MI. Then it was loaded and sent to me in NC within days. The driver, Bobby, called twice the day prior and then on the morning of delivery. He was courteous and early. They have their own rigs and their drivers are experienced, vetted car guys. No risk of a fly by night shipper. Everything was great. Would definitely use again.
