I wanted to ship my 2002 Acura TL-S from MI to San Diego, CA. It may not be much, but it's my baby. Choosing a shipper was a very confusing and tormenting process, and you never know who to trust. After much research, including visiting this site, I chose Reliable Carriers, whom my mover had initially recommended. I got a quote for $1215 in an ENCLOSED carrier. I dropped the car off, and John explained the process, and really reassured me. I was told it would take up to 3 weeks to get my car, which I was okay with. I flew to San Diego the same day. I got a call 4 days later from Reliable, saying I would be able to get my car in 48 hours. John, the driver, was in touch over the next 48 hours, and we arranged a pick up spot. The whole process was VERY SMOOTH, and my car was in the exact condition I gave it to him in. I had a look inside the carrier, and there was a Porsche Carrera 4S, Mustang Cobra, and a customized van. My car was in god company. If you want to make sure your car is taken care of, look no further. Reliable is the way to go.

In general some tips when choosing a carrier:
1) Find out if they are using an enclosed carrier or an open one. Enclosed is always better, for obvious reasons.
2) Make sure the carrier is not just a broker
3) SHop around
4) Choose Reliable..
