We contacted Al at the Chandler, Arizona location to arrange for shipping for our Mercedes SL600. We found we were only about 5 miles from their location so arranged to bring it to them on Thursday. Wednesday we received a call from Al saying that if we wanted it delivered sooner we could bring it within a few hours and they would be able to put it on a truck that morning. We took it there and were able to meet with the team, Chris and Tim, that would be taking our vehicle home. As we were not going to be home until the following Sunday, arrangements were made for it to arrive the following Monday or Tuesday. Late Sunday afternoon Chris called to give us an update and I told her that we were about an hour or so from home. She asked if we would like it delivered Sunday evening as they were close. We arranged to meet them in about an hour, we ended up getting caught in terrible traffic from an accident so I called her to tell her we would be a little late. When we arrived home, there was that big beautiful orange truck unloading our Mercedes. It was in pristine condition. This was an easy and wonderful transaction, their performance and services were excellent. Thank you Al, Chris and Tim.
