When i set out to get a quote to have my daughter's car transported from NJ to CA, i had no knowledge of this business whatsoever. i received many calls and emails from transport companies wanting my business. I was very confused and nervous about choosing an honest and reliable company. THEN, i got a call from Pat Lynch. I immediately knew that he knew this business and could be trusted. He took the time to explain how things worked and EXACTLY what i could expect. I did not plan to ship the car for about 3 or 4 weeks. Then things changed quickly and i needed the car in CA right away. I called Pat on a Thursday and he posted my car. He called me the same day to tell me that he found a driver and that they wanted to pick the car up on Friday or Saturday....unbelievable!!! They DID pick up the car on Saturday, just as promised.
I was given the following Saturday as delivery day. The driver was friendly and put my mind at ease. I was able to follow up and track my car during the trip to CA up to delivery day. The car was NOT delivered on Saturday, it was delivered on Friday....a day early....again unbelievable.
Pat, thank you for delivering more that you promised. You are a true professional and i would do business with you again anytime. I hope that i have the opportunity, in the future, to recommend you to friends.
