I posted a review of this company on 7/31/09. My original review was negative because my car was not picked up and emails went unanswered from the person originally taking care of the transport. Within an hour of the review being posted, the owner of the company, Brian Cardoza, called me to inquire about the problem and what he could do to make the situation right. He was very concerned about the issues and very willing to do what he could to get my car shipped. Since 7/31/09, my car has been picked up and delivered. Brian called every time he said he would and went out of his way to get the situation taken care of.
Brian Cardoza was an outstanding person to work with. It is too bad that all of the people you deal with in the service industry are not as professional and responsive as Brian is. I would recommend using this company and would do so myself in the future.
