BE AWARE!!! ONCE DEPOSIT IS PAID TO THIS COMPANY EVERYTHING CHANGES FYI- Just wanted you to know I appreciated your assistance with the transport of my 2000 Chrysler Town and County Mini van. However i was very disappointed with the customer service and bait and switch AFTER you were paid the deposit. You quoted me $873.00 total for transport from California to Kissimmee, FL and you did NOT stand by this price. You quoted $175.00 paid to you and $698.00 to be paid to the driver. Upon arrival to my home the driver gave me a price of $900.00 for remaining balance upon delivery which brought my total to $1075.00!!!....NOT $873.00!!! (+ $202.00 difference) left couple messages for you regarding this yet you did nothing to rectify to situation and ignored my concerns. This is not the way to do business. It would have been better for you to be upfront with me as to what the price would or could be rather than give me a "low ball" price and then cause me to go over budget at the end. I am not happy with how this went at all. I was so.. prepared to give you a great review but this was NOT right! Once you were paid your customer service went right out the window.... Other potential customers should be made aware.....I am very disappointed.
