Thank God for Lee with Reliable!

Thank god for LEE at Reliable.
When I was originally contacted by Lee he attempted to educate me about the industry and informed me of why I was receiving such a wide range of prices. He explained to me that the lower prices would only cause me headaches and boy do I wish I listened to him! I figured I could go with a lower rate since I had over 3 weeks to get my car picked up. Not the case! Fast forward to 3 weeks later and I the moving trucks are at my house picking up my furniture with no sign of the auto transporter and the broker not answering any of my calls. I called Lee and thank god he was able to get a driver to me in less than 24 hours. 2 weeks after my car was delivered and I am STILL trying to get my deposit refunded by the other broker. Do not make the same mistake that I did. If I went with Reliable from the start I would have been able to save myself all this stress. Thank you to Lee and the staff at Reliable. You earned a life long customer and I truly hope this review will save somebody from making the same mistake that I did.
