I contacted this company after much research on the internet. Luis was my point of contact. After a lot of communication I asked that he send me the contract and any and all needed paperwork for me to review and possibly sign. He stated that he needed my AMEX card number so that he could put it on the contract. As the initail deposit of $200.00 would be charged to the card AFTER I signed everything and they recieved it. Well, prior to Luis going on vacation for a week he took it upon himself to charge the deposit to my card w/out any authorization via phone, email or signed contract. Then when I contacted the company I was able to talk to David who stated "Oh sorry, we'll get that credited back to you here in a couple of days." Ya think!! There's some customer service for you. This company is out to get your money, that's it, that's all. They could care care less about what their actual responsibility is. I would recommend looking somewhere else for auto mover. There are plenty of reputable companies out there that will not ask for a deposit up front and actually do care about the customer.
