Good morning. I apologize for your frustration and dissatisfaction with the decision pertaining to your claim. Please know that we evaluate each claim thoroughly to determine if any evidence of carrier negligence or mishandling. As your vehicle was transported on an open carrier it was exposed to the road elements such as bugs and rocks which these damages appear to be consistent with. Although we were unable to honor your claim in full, we did offer to cover your deductible should you wish to file through your personal insurance.
