Hello, Kannen. I have reviewed your claim and we issued a settlement offer to you today. You were unable to provide an estimate so we sent out an independent auto damage appraiser, at our own expense, to further assist you, per your request. Following that inspection we issued a settlement offer to you for the damages the appraiser deemed to be new to the rear bumper of your vehicle. The drivers most certainly do have updated and valid insurance or they would be unable to haul for us. A claim was not opened with their insurance as your claim is under their deductible amount. I apologize for the damage that occurred and we would like to cover the repairs but you, and I assure you we have taken every step necessary to assist you and remedy the damages for you.
