Well, I was referred to Reggie Willis Transportation by a co-worker. His sister had recently relocated to the Washington D.C. area. Of course, she had her vehicle transported from Texas to D.C. When asked about the transaction, Reggie Willis came highly recommended. It seemed as though I had searched high and low for a honest and trustworthy company. Sure, I had spoken with many companies, but upon contacting Reggis Willis, I felt a sense of ease and comfort. I was sold! Information regarding the quote and paperwork was emailed within 5 minutes of hanging up the telephone. I completed the paperwork, faxing it over Tuesday night (09/13/2011). On Wednesday (09/14/2011), I was contacted to verify confirmation of the paperwork. Kim was wonderful, stating that she would contact me with further details once a company was dispatched. On Thursday (09/15/2011), I spoke with Kim again. She had wonderful news. The driver, Robert of Malver Transport, was available to pick up my vehicle on Friday if not Thursday evening. He picked up the vehicle on Thursday, calling ahead to alert my parents of his arrival. I was told that the vehicle would arrive on Monday (09/19/2011) or Tuesday (09/20/2011). I was completely fine with either. At a later date, Sam provided me with all of the contact information for the transport company. Robert was fabulous. He kept me up-to-date, which meant a great deal. My car was delivered on Tuesday evening. Robert underloaded it quickly, assuring me that everything was fine and encouraging me to look the vehicle over before signing any paperwork. Both Reggis Willis Transportation and Malver Transport, Inc. made this an extremely easy transition. I didn't have to worry about a thing because they did the worrying for me. I am grateful.
