The worst company i've ever dealt with.

First off let me say that I own 2 companies and deal with the public daily.

These people are terrible, when I placed the order they told me they would have a driver pick up the car the following day. After 4 days of waiting I never heard back from them so I followed up, someone got on the phone and told me how hard of a job he had and this load was a "tuff one". So I tell him thats ok, but can you please let me know when there are any delays as I need to schedule my work load around all this stuff, he says "no problem" and that he would send me an email when they had the truck picked up with all the driver info. 3 days later they pick up the truck, I dont hear from anyone for 6 days and I decide to call them to figure out whats going on. they tell me that I need to call the driver directly. I try and call the driver and hes stuck some where for whatever reason. Long story short, he shows up 4 days after the scheduled delivery time.

Total the truck showed up a little over a week after it as supposed to be scheduled. The kicker is, when Regal brokered out the load they changed the price. They never told or mentioned the price change to me. The driver shows up and tells me the price. First thing I do is call Regal, the owner gets on the phone and tells me theres nothing he can do. I told him I think he should pay for the difference because he agreed to it without letting me know. He tells me " Ive got a family to feed and to deal with it".

if you having a car shipped please think about using someone else, these people are terrible at what they do! They are thieves!!!
