I contacted Regal a month before I planned to ship my son's car from VA to WA. I was asked the shipping date and told someone would contact me a week before. I heard from noone and even after the scheduled pickup date, the only person who would return my calls is Sharon and she had nothing to do with my order but glady took it on. Rachel and Ronnie NEVER returned my calls and when I did speak to them (ONCE) they had a dump truck full of excuses. I've been in the Army for 21 years and have never experienced so much UNPROFESSIONALISM. I travel extensively in my job and will share this experience with Soldiers everywhere that I go. Soldiers are entitled to better than this!!
