This was not our customer. After they realized a day before their move that the moving company wouldn't be moving the car as well, the called us and we quoted a price. Then once we worked out a transport they called back and told us to bring it to a different city. Obviously, the price changed. However they refused to accept it and raised hell about how they need their car to be moved and we have to do it for the same price etc. They were very unreasonable and difficult to explain things to. Thankfully in the end they went with a different company. We gladly refunded their money.
