I was contacted by Tonya Fox via email after submitting my information to an online source who provides competing bids of transport companies to their clients. After trying to contact several companies including red carpet by phone, Tonya was the only one who promptly returned my call with a cheerful attitude. I was given straight forward answers to all of my questions. Never once did I get the feeling of being given the" runaround". The price quoted to me seemed fair and the customer service I was given compelled me to give it a go. I was assured of a maximum time period for pick up and delivery. Insurance was to be taken care of, and pick up from a residence and delivery to a residence was covered. Four days later a call came in that a carrier was available to do the pickup the next day. The carrier set up an appointment with the seller of the vehicle on time and I was informed by the seller that the carrier was very friendly and proffesional. The estimated time of arrival for the vehicle was to be five days later. A phone call came in two days later that the carrier would be in our area the next day and he wanted to make sure we were going to be available for delivery. Excitement filled the room as we set up an appointment for delivery the next day. Three days after the pickup! The carrier came rolling in on time and kept good contact with us until we took posession of our vehicle. As the seller described, the carrier was very helpful and friendly. Our vehicle arrived just as it had left. We are very happy with the outcome and the experience was not a large headache as I had innitially thought it would be. Red Carpet did an excellent job, and their carrier was supurb. Thanks
