When making a move from fl to pa I contacted red carpet vehicle transport. Tige Yeargin assured me they were a five star company, and I could check the reviews on transport review. I did, and decided to go with RED CARPET TRANSPORT. Little did I know the carrier was not a RED CARPET employee, but a subcontractor. Tige did not tell me RED CARPET is a broker not a carrier. The quote given me of $895.00 turned into $925.00 When I asked why, Tige said I'd get $30.00 after my review I called to complain about the carrier, and was dismissed with........give him credit for getting it there in 48 hours. I think you should change your policy....let people know you are a broker....and quopte the true price of your service. While RED CARPET may be five star, their carriers may not be. Nancy Barnett
