This was our first experience with transporting a vehicle and was very nervous about the transaction. After receiving several price quotes, I narrowed it down to three. I spoke with Denise numerous times remembering questions I had wanted to ask. She assured me that was very common and answered each question with ease and guided me as to what to expect upon placing an order. As we live in different time zones, Denise made sure I knew I could call her at times that would be convenient with my schedule. The price seemed fair and I made the reservation. We promptly received a transport requesting a higher rate and Denise suggested we could wait to get our agreed upon rate. We then received another offer of transport at our price. Denise did a follow up to make sure the vehicle had been picked up.
I had forwarded all information to my daughter in MI who would be receiving the vehicle, which made it easy for her to know what to expect. We were given the driver's phone number so we could schedule the pick-up as it had to work around very confining hours.
She was happy with the service and thrilled to have her vehicle to drive!
The whole transaction from start to finish was very satisfying to us and what we had anticipated.
