My experience with Red Carpet auto transport was excellent. I received emails and courtesy calls with updated information on my transport. Tracking information was accurate and updated . The driver was very informative and professional, the driver called when my vehicle was loaded and ready for delivery. When my vehicle arrived it was on time and just the way I had left it. The damage and claim procedure was explained thorough and all information was emailed to me. The representative was very courteous and extremely helpful all my questions were answered and all information about the transport procedure was thorough. The price Red Carpet gave me was competitive to other companies and the company also offers a price match if you find a lower price else where. Customer service was excellent! Red Carpet Auto Transport truly represents their customers with the up most respect and consideration. My whole experience with Red Carpet Auto Transport was excellent and I will definitely use their service again.
