First communications with Mr. Quinn found him to be very polite and pleasant. He explained the procedure for the vehicle being picked up in Minnesota and transported to New York. He exlained that he is the broker. Once the vehicle was not picked up on the day specified, I tried to call Mr. Quinn and was unable to reach him. After several attempts I did get an answering machine and left a message. Mr. Quinn returned my call the next day.
Once my vehicle was delivered. Mr. Quinn called for payment. When I expressed my frustration with the lack of communication, Mr. Quinn quickly passed the buck, blaming another party.
I also asked for a receipt emailed which I received after a second request along with an apology. Final impression is that Mr. Quinn was for the most part pleasant to deal with however he should have better communication with the other parties involved in the transport.
