After a bit of a rocky start (no driver), things went pretty smoothly. Once a driver was found, Kristi kept us well-informed. John, the driver, was prompt, polite, and professional. There was a lack of communication between the trasnport company and the driver as to the money owed at pickup but the dispute was easily resolved by a phone call to Kristi.
