Great decision to use Red Carpet

This was the first time we had used a vehicle transporter to move a vehicle. We bought a beautiful pickup in California (which is a great place to buy used vehicles- clean, easy miles, gentle weather). Anyway, if you live outside the state, as we do, to avoid the so-called use tax of almost 9%, you have to have a common carrier pick up the vehicle and move it out of state. You can't drive it away from the dealer.

There are so many transport companies and brokers out there. It was confusing. We settled on Red Carpet not knowing anything, but liking their promise to provide a single person who would be our contact throughout the entire process. That really appealed to us.

It turned out to be a true promise from Red Carpet. Our agent, Denise Flores, communicated very well with us by email and phone the entire time.

Once the vehicle was picked up at the dealer (just a couple days late), the driver called us from the road to give us updates. We always knew where our "new" baby was. He showed up right on the revised delivery date. Our vehicle was in perfect condition; not even very dusty even though it was on an open transport for over a thousand miles.

I would definitely recommend Red Carpet Auto Transport. They took good care of a couple of real rookies.
