We didn't really understand the business of vehicle transport, until we had to move our car to California. I personally tried to communicate with at least three other companies. I was either put on hold, the lines were not answered, never got a call back, or received calls days later. We were on a tight time-frame. The original transport company that we were working with for several days 'dropped' us. The reason that was given was that ‘the employee who was originally making our arrangements had left their company’. I thought that was very strange. So, we were starting to panic a bit!

Nevertheless, I finally came across a company called Red Carpet Auto Transport, Inc. There, a representative by the name of Jennifer Gibson immediately responded. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the minute her and I connected, she put me at ease with her professional, yet caring demeanor. She made what was turning out to be a very stressful situation, relatively seamless! Jennifer was extremely responsive, honest and upfront, and brokered a very reasonable rate for us. She knew her stuff!! The driver "Bo", who Jennifer contracted as our driver/Vehicle Transporter, was also friendly, competent, and put us ease. They worked as a GREAT TEAM!!!!
