Having never used a car transport service before, I was not sure what to expect. Red Carpet made the process very easy. My first contact was with Jennifer Gibson. She took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. She was in constant contact with both my college age daughter, who was shipping the car, to me, on the the receiving end. When the pick-up had to be changed by one day due to the tornados in the midwest, Jennifer was on the phone immediately with my daughter. I was told the car would be delivered at approximately 5:30 pm and by 11:15pm, the car was in my driveway, undamaged. A six hour window for what would have been a 24 hour drive across half the country . . . not bad! I would certainly recommend Red Carpet and will definitely use them, should the need arise, again. Jennifer's knowledge and personal attention made the process stressless!
