This was the first time that I've used a auto transport company and it was an overall excellent experience. I found them online and when I called them they answered their phone, not the case with many of the competitors. Denise was helpful, courtious and informative. When I called back to talk to Denise the owner answered and he was very friendly and explained how things would work. Everything that Red Carpet told me that would happen happened to include the actual carrier calling me to confirm the pickup procedures and location of car and then at delivery also called me ahead of time to give me enough time to meet him. The car was delivered ontime and in perfect condition. If I ever have to use an auto transporter again I would not hesitate to call Denise again. Thanks
