It took me a good while to pick a transport company for my husband's beloved truck after being bombarded by numerous quotations. However, out of the 7 received, only Red Carpet Auto is listed with a five star rating. From the first time I spoke with Miss Cooper, she put my mind at ease and I was able to take the next step in hiring the company she works for without hesitation.

I had even given Miss Cooper the wrong telephone number for both our contacts but she was quick to call me for the correct information and did it pleasantly, unlike other representatives who might feel frustrated. Miss Cooper also emailed me confirmations at every step of the process and that made me more assured that I had indeed picked the right company.

My husband's truck was picked up promptly and delivered in 2 days with no damage or issues with the driver. We are pleased with the service we received as it was worth every penny we spent.
