Overall the customer service I recieved from Red Carpet Auto Transport was above and beyond the call. My representative Julie Kenyon was usually available and if not, she always contacted me promptly afterwards. She was able to comfortably walk me through the process of vehicle shipping without ever being pushy.
When I intially started vehicle shipping shopping(say that 5 times fast), I did quite a bit of reading and the general consensus was going for the cheapest company usually isn't the best idea. Picking a company right in the middle of your quote range will usually get you a fair price and a company who will ship promptly without delay. After a little online reading and a phone call, I decided to go ahead and move forward with Red Carpet after I recieved a quote on the lower end of the range of shipping prices, and more importantly an A rating with the BBB and a 5 star rating among shipping companies.
Julie at Red Carpet really impressed me with her ability quickly find a company to move my vehicle and in the short time frame I had to do it in. In just a few days we were able to set up a pick up date even though I had a very narrow time frame that it could be delivered in(US NAVY), between underways. She communicated well with the driver, although he was a different story, and myself too.
Overall I had a good experience using Red Carpet Auto Shipping and would use them in the future most assuredly. They over exceeded my expectations and made this a very comfortable experience for me. If you have shipped a vehicle before you know it can be a bit nerve racking but, Red Carpet did their best to keep those nerves in check. 5 stars!
