Cheryl was wonderful. Thank God she was there for me. The Carrier was what was so terrible. I suggest that you do longer use the carrier because they would reflect poorly on you. They lied about the time that they would be there to pick up the car and ended up contacting my "elderly" parents and telling them that they would be there at midnight. Cheryl got this fixed and I was pleased that she was there to fix it. Then they contacted my father and said they would be there at 1pm on the pick up day and they didn't show up until 5pm.
I was told by the couriers dispatch that I would get a call from the driver 1 hour prior to the drop off yet he just showed up. I was prepaired yet a phone call would have been nice.
My experiences in the business world have shown me that the courier company is not professional and would never be able to represent anything that I would ever use. Cheryl on the other hand is a prize representative and should be rewarded for her customer service.
