This was my first time have a car shipped so i was a bit un-educated about the entire shipping process but Jennifer Allen here at Red Carpet helped bring me up to speed. Once I made the initial call to set up the transfer I was blown away at how fast it took for a truck to be found and a pickup time to be established, (same day). Also it only took 3 days for the car to be shipped to me which was im also impressive. And the best part of the car being shipped to me was that with me staying on a military base in Great Lakes, Il. The driver and I both knew that the truck wasn't going to be able to come on base so the driver found a space across the street from the base and unloaded my vehicle so all I had to do was leave the base and cross the street to meet with the driver. All in all this experience more than meet my expectations, it exceeded them. Would I use Red Carpet again, yes and i would also refer others who are in need auto shipping to this company.
