I had a really good experience with Red Carpet and especially Julie Kenyon. I received many quotes but the reviews that I read from this company and the prompt response I received from Julie convinced me to use their company. They also offered a military discount which I always find a wonderful and important quality in a company. She was very upfront with the time that it would take to to receive a carrier meaning 1-7 days but it only took 2 days in my case. I was pleased with her following up with the pick up and delivery and making sure everything went smoothly. She stayed on top of the emails and phone calls and responded within that day or the lates the next day with detailed answers to my questions. I felt very comfortable putting my car in her hands and the companies. I would absolutely recommend Red Carpet and Julie Kenyon and plan to use them in the future.
