I give Red Carpet and particular Julie an Excellent Rating. I've not shipped a car before and she walked me through everything daily, she was patient, answered all my questions, returned my phones calls timely, kept me updated with emails, and was very detailed about expected services and options. Furthermore, I loved that when I searched your company on Better Business Bureau, you have an excellent rating and feedback as well which gave me must comfort. Then the Deliver company (John) had great Customer Services as well and very responses with follow-up calls to both myself picking up the Car and to my Son, in which he delivered it two (2) earlier than we were hoping for.

I would used this service again and Strongly Recommend Red Carpet and Julie to everyone!!! Thank you very much for make this painless for myself and my son away needing his Car at College.
