Overall Heather was very straight forward and honest. I feel she represented me well throughout the move. I had another quote from a five star transporter that was lower. She worked with me to accommodate the lower amount and was honest in evaluating if the lower amount was realistic vice a low ball number to attract a customer. The move cost $1,013 coast to coast. I received bids ranging from $850 - $1,300. I chose to go with Heather because she was sincere and I felt she would only deal with reputable drivers.

Our truck had transmission troubles en route, so the move took longer then the 10 days expected. When the car arrived it was dirty, but unharmed. Overall the move went smoothly and I would definitely use Heather and Red Carpet on my next move.
