Overall good experience with this company. Customer Service Reps were friendly and helpful. Did get hit with an upcharge related to a pickup incentive but Red Carpet (Tony) split in half with me. Slightly disappointed that information related to my delivery location was changed in advance (by me) but this was not relayed to the transporter and he was not given proper conatact information. This did cause a small glitch on delivery day but it all worked out. This was my first time tranporting a car interstate and this definitely went smoother than I expected. If I did this again, I would use Red Carpet and ask for Tony Quinn again. The driver that delivered my car communicated expected times with me, he was personable and friendly. The car came in excellent shape. My car was transported through snowy conditions and even this did not cause a delay once car was picked up. The driver was extremely prompt on his delivery time.
