Shelia at red carpet was most knowledgible helpful. She has a great personality and puts you at ease right away. Our situation was unique in that we had a couple of days to transport the auto when we contracted with them, then we were gone for 10 days. Two days after we returned, we got a call from her at approx. 4 pm saying she had a truck for us. The auto was on the transport by 6:30 that night and in Washington two days later. A few days after the auto was delivered to my son, Shelia called us to ensure everything went well and to see if there was anything they could have done to make the experience any better. I would definetly recommend this broker to others looking to transport a vehicle.
