I had never shiiped a vehicle and was unfamliar with the process. I contacted Red Carpet Auto Transport and Cheryl explained the process completely. Once I placed the order the order to for sipment the communication was awsome. A carrier was arranged within just a few days. We did hit a snag with the vehicle seller and the pickup needed to be resceduled. This was no problem for Red Carpet and Cheryl. Cheryl resceduled the pickup and the vehicle was pickedup a few days later and arrived without any problems. I definately use Red Carpet Auto Transport again. Thanks Chery!
