I didn't know much about this process when I began getting quotes. I received about 10 quotes from various companies. I was looking for a company that had been in business a few years and as I was researching I came upon Red Carpet. Red Carpet had been consistently getting high ratings and they were approved by the BBB. I contacted Cheryl at Red Carpet and she described exactly how things worked. She was straight forward and didn't make promises she couldn't keep. She described the bidding process and explained that I had the right to turn down bids if I thought they were too high. I eventually went with a bid that was a little higher than I thought it would be, but again, that was my choice. I got no pressure from Red Carpet. I got just what I wanted - someone to accurately describe the process and someone I could trust. Cheryl called when the car was delivered just to see if everything went well. Every time I made contact with the company I talked to someone who could help me. Even when Cheryl left me messages, she always told me who I could contact if she wasn't available. They were always prompt and responsive. I will definitely use them again when it comes time to ship my car back. They've earned their 5-star rating.
