This was my first experience having a vehicle transported. I did my due dilligence research on the internet and asked friends regarding their experiences. It was difficult choosing an actual broker with all the choices. I chose Red Carpet in view of the longevity in the business, the positive reviews on this website, and a review of the activity on the Better Business Bureau website. Through a web request for a quote, Cheryl Phiffer was assigned to my order. I called her to discuss my needs and she was very helpful and patient with my questions. The only snag I ran into was the lateness in delivery (although not the trucker's fault - there were weather issues) Cheryl called the trucker and kept in touch with me after she learned my vehicle had not been delivered. She followed through and acted as liason between me, my son to who the car was being shipped and the trucker until the actual delivery. This is where Cheryl showed her true value to me and I am very grateful and pleased with her service. For this I would use Red Carpet again.
