Ms. Cheryl Phiffer is from Heaven, I truly believe GOD allowed her to answer the phone when I called for this service. I was afraid to use this type of service, because I had never used it before. I was not very sound. MS. CHERYL LISTENED at me and my quick and nervous comments and concerns. She then took the time to help me understand every thing I needed in order to get the ball rolling to get my child's car home from Arizona to Alabama.
Ms. Cheryl is a highly quilified and experienced representative, She explained everything to me from facts about the company, prices, the actual timeline for pickup and delivery, she explained the claim process if I were to need it. She was my contact person and kept great tracking communication with us here in Alabama. Ms. Cheryl also chose a great carrier. My family truly believes in GOD and We believe GOD worked thru Ms. Cheryl. She is soooo professional with her telephone customer service and knowledge of her JOB. She showed us the highest, professional and knowledgeable costomer service anyone could ever ask for. THANK YOU, RED CARPET FOR YOUR SERVICES AND MS. CHERYL PHIFFER, I will surely tell everyone in the CITY of HUNTSVILLE, ALABAMA AND ALL OTHERS I KNOW AROUND THE WORLD ABOUT RED CARPET AND MS. CHERYL PHIFFER. When I become Mayor of my city I will contract with Red Carpet.
