Before I chose redcarpetautotransport, I used a company D that has good review on this website. D company was not able to find a truck driver due to unpopular route and bad weather in Michigan which is understandable. But what is not acceptable is that they did not communicate with me and even ignored my emails. I had to call them to cancel the order after two weeks and gave redcarpetautotransport a try. I immediately felt great difference in the quality of service Denise provided. Although she was not able to find a driver immediately for the same reason as D company, she communicated and updated the situation to me frequently so I felt I was not forgotten and I know she is working hard to take care of it. I agreed to increase the price after she explained the situation to me and we were finally able to find a driver to ship my car. I would recommend Denise to those who needs car shipping. There are many companies out there and redcarpetautotransport is not the cheapest one, but I think peace of mind worth that little extra money.
