First, let me start by saying I was soooo skeptical of using a company to transport my car because I have heard some really bad stoies, but it worked out great!! VERY PLEASED.

For the pick up the company came right to my front door on Thursday afternoon, a little bit later than the time frame, but not significant. My car arrived earlier (by 6 days) than expected on Monday so it was a good thing I flew in the day it arrived. I beat it by about 4 hrs!! This actually worked out great for me so I could get around town the next day since a different moving company with the rest of my belongings wouldn't be arriving until Wednesday.

The driver contacted me the day before as well as the day of to give me status reports & let me know where to meet him (the 18-wheeler could not make it to my building). It was only 1 mile away and luckily the weather was 40 and not snowing (yet...it started right when i got my car!!).

Amber was also great, she was extremely responsive and helpful, providing me the answers I needed either verbally or sending me emails with the information I needed. She made the experience much easier...thanks amber!!
