Denise Flores was exceptionally helpful while I was gathering information about various companies. Many of the vendors who contacted me were high pressure - Denise was factual, helpful, and straight forward - which reduced my stress level over this new experience immeasurably! She gave me facts and allowed me to make up my own mind. She kept in contact with me while waiting for a driver to bid on the job, keeping me informed of progress. It took a bit of time to organize someone willing to take the car because my initial bid was somewhat low and because I contacted her just days before the Christmas holiday.
Even when Denise took a well earned vacation around the holiday, she made sure that there was someone available to answer my questions and keep me up to date on developements in the delivery process. The driver who collected the car was professional, friendly and effiecient and delivered the car several days early, which, considering the winter storms just after Christmas, was a phenomenal accomplishment.
All in all, I would highly recommend this company, and Denise in particular if I ever need to have another vehicle transported.

Denise Flores- - rcat.denise@yahoo.com- - 602 438 4644 Patience you truly live up to your name, I know it took us a little bit to get you a carrier and I'm so glab you had patience with me and understood that it can get a little harder to find a carrier I around the holiday season. But I'm happy everything turn out well and you were able to receive your vehicle. Thanks!
