My wife and I used Red Carpet in conjunction with a cross-country military move from MS to CA, and we are very satisfied with the quality of the service provided. After having contacted a number of other companies that were both unfriendly and inflexible, getting Robyn on the phone was a breath of fresh air. She was friendly, accommodating, and always available to answer questions and give us updates. The quoted price was low and did not change (there were no hidden fees or added costs at the end), the pickup happened exactly inside the time window that we specified, and the delivery was on time. The vehicle arrived in the same condition, and the driver was friendly and very thorough in cataloging the existing imperfections in order to ensure no damage was done en-route. We highly recommend Red Carpet for their excellent customer service and quality of service.
