red carpet located a carrier within a few days of my initial contact. cheryl phiffer of red carpet was very helpful. she told me upfront what the cost of transport was and how much the broker fee. she e-mailed me information concerning the carrier and kept me informed about the move. i contracted red carpet on nov 12, 2010, to move vehicle. the vehicle was picked up on nov 17, 2010 and delivered on nov 20, 2010 from las vegas to west virginia. great service! the carrier did a super job and red carpet was outstanding in providing the carrier contact. cheryl phiffer answered all of my questions and responded to my telephone calls promptly. i would definitely use red carpet auto transport again if i ever need to ship a vehicle.
