I contacted Chery from Red Carpet auto transport on Saturday, October 9, 2010 to arrange the pick up of my SUV in Frisco, TX. She promptly called me on Monday, October 11, 2010 (Columbus Day) to let me know my SUV was being picked up on Tuesday. As soon as my SUV was picked up on Tuesday she called me promptly once again to keep me posted. I was very happy with my estimated delivery date of October 15 (only three days from the pick up date), but later Tuesday night (the same day it was picked up) I received a call and was told my SUV will be delivered between 10am-Noon on Wednesday!! It got delivered in one day! I was extremely pleased with the entire transaction and all of the help Cheryl gave me. I will definitely use this company again. Thanks again Cheryl for a worry free transport.
