I requested the quote for shipping my car from MA to CA a week before the actual transport time. The pick up was on time as promised which was a big deal for me at the time. Tony the manager from Redcarpet is really professional and gave me the relief of mind for the whole procedure and explained all the details. I did not have a good experience with the driver for the delivery which was with some delays but again it is quite expected in moving the car from one coast to the other as I am a fair person and read many reviews with horrible stories from other companies. Bottom line and at the end, I was satisfied with all the help and time Redcarpet customer service put into my car transport and especially Tony who is quite responsive and polite. we will have another car to be shipped again soon and from east to west and we will definitely use this company again for that move as well.
