Judy, I am sorry you didn't feel like you received 5 star service, which means I failed. A 4 star rating is a failing grade withing our company and that's the only way it should be. We strive to give 5 star service and when we dont, we need to look in the mirrow and find a way to give even better service to our next customer. For those reading, there is nothing that any broker can do about the equipment a driver should choose to use. If it's up to DOT standards and they pick up and deliver AND your car is in the same shape as it was when it was picked up....and early, I'd give the driver a pat on the back.
