Their first email to me stated: 1. Please do your research and go with a 5 star rated reputable company. We are a 5 star rated company and have an accredited A rating with the BBB. 2. The lowest quote is not always the best quote. Trucking companies will not pick up a vehicle if it's not priced attractively on Central Dispatch. If you want your vehicle picked up, you will need to make the price attractive to the drivers.
Well I did not get the 5-star experience. I was told that if I upgraded to "expedited" shipping ($100 more) I would be guaranteed a pickup within 72 hours. 72 hours came and went and 84 hours later I cancelled the order.
