I discussed all my needs and expectations with Felicia over the course of two conversations. One occurred prior to sending the quote to the board and the other occurred after potential carriers were found. Felicia kept me informed of all aspects of the transport from the carriers names, insurance and type of transport. I was very satisfied with the Felicia and Red Carpets process.
